What's my order status?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

  • Clicking Cancel Order only submits a request and does not guarantee a cancellation. Cancellations depend on the planning and processing status of the order shipments at the fulfillment center.
  • If the order was already packed, or if a tracking number was generated and the order was shipped. In these cases, the order cannot be canceled.
  • If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our returns process by Contact us.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please try to cancel the order before the shipping label is generated. Otherwise, you can place a new order on the website for the additional items.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please try to cancel the order before the shipping label is generated and visit us to submit a new order for your new items. 

What shipping providers do you use?

Our products are Fulfilled by Amazon. Standard shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 3-5 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

My order didn't arrive when I thought it would!

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer processing and shipping times than usual. While we totally empathize, arrival times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I think I received something that is damaged?

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our customer team immediately by Contact Us.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then Contact Us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

We will only consider claims made within 30 days of the stated/estimated delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

  • A return must be requested within 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the The Return Authorization Slip supplied during return process (The return authorization slip will be generated by our customer team, along with the return mail label). Package should only include items listed in that particular return authorization slip. 
  • The item that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund.

Please note: For all U.S. orders, original shipping charges are not refundable. However if you need to return your item, the return shipping is on us!

How do I return a item?

Step 1: Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return by Cliking Here.

Step 2: You will receive an email with The Return Mailing Label and The Return Authorization Slip

Step 3: Print your The Return Mailing Label and mail back the original item(s) with The Return Authorization Slip included inside the package within 15 days. Please note: your package should only include items listed on that particular Return Authorization Slip.

Step 4: Once receive your return, we will refund the full balance or any remaining balance back to your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 6-10 business days for us to receive your return. After which, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for us to process your return (i.e. issue your refund). Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2-3 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account.

Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

How much time do I get to return the items?

It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have up to 15 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.
